1、 Key points of anti seepage construction of plastic geogrid

The steel pipe is mainly used to penetrate into the coil core, and the steel pipe exposed on both sides is tied with rope sleeve for lifting. In the process of handling geotechnical materials, it is strictly forbidden to tear the outer packaging, so as to avoid damage to the geotechnical materials.

3. Paving: Plastic Geogrid paving is divided into two parts: upstream dam slope slope and reservoir bottom horizontal paving. The paving of Plastic Geogrid on the upstream slope is divided into two steps
One step: pave 2m with the slope top of anchorage part of wave wall foundation, and expose the reserved lap edge;
Second step: after the foundation of the wave wall is poured, the plastic geogrid to be paved is placed at the base of the wave wall, and the upper end is overlapped and aligned with the embedded plastic geogrid at the wall base. The upper end is pressed and fixed with sand bags, and then rolled downward. When rolling paving, the rope sleeve shall be used to lower it slowly, and it is forbidden to roll down directly. When paving horizontally at the bottom of the reservoir, one end shall be butted with adjacent blocks, the sand bag shall be pressed and fixed, and then the rolling paving shall be pushed manually.
4. Welding. Test welding: before the formal welding of geotechnical materials, in order to ensure that the welding quality meets the welding requirements, it is necessary to test weld the geotechnical materials. The length of the sample used for test welding must be 1 m or more, which should be considered comprehensively according to the temperature and environment on the day of test welding. Through the test welding of geotechnical materials, the working state in the formal welding construction can be reasonably adjusted, so as to determine the reasonable welding temperature, speed and pressure. After the test welding is completed and the sample quality is qualified under the condition of meeting the temperature of the day, large area welding construction can be carried out. If the test results can not meet the design requirements, re test welding until the test results meet the requirements. The welding parameters of the sample meeting the requirements are the main basis for formal welding, and test welding is also required during extrusion fusion welding.
5. Preparation before welding: the welding of geotechnical materials in the project is mainly welding with heat sealing welding machine. Before the welding of geotechnical materials, the first sheet of geotechnical materials shall be paved first, and then the edges to be welded shall be overlapped. The width of overlapping is about 0.6m. The second sheet shall be spread on the first sheet of geotechnical materials, and the welding edge direction of the two pieces of geotechnical materials shall be adjusted to make the overlap length of two pieces of geotechnical materials be 0.1M. Before welding, it is necessary to use a relatively clean towel to clean the sundries on the geotechnical materials to ensure the cleanness of the surface of the geotechnical materials.
6. Welding with double seam thermal welding machine: check the lap width between geotechnical materials, and the lap width required for welding of geotechnical materials is 1cm. Before welding, it is necessary to strictly clean the surface of geotechnical materials. The dust, dirt and water on the surface should be cleaned with cloth to ensure that the membrane surface is dry and clean.
7. Extrusion welding machine welding: for the long straight weld of plastic geogrid, double seam welding machine is mainly used for welding. Hot melt extrusion welding is adopted for non long straight weld, local repair and strengthening treatment. During welding, the machine head shall be aligned with the joint, and the welding deviation, sliding welding and skip welding are not allowed. The thickness of the backing weld is 2.5 times of the thickness of the weld. When a joint cannot be continuously welded, the welded seam of the joint part shall be roughened by at least 50 mm, and then lap welding shall be carried out. According to the air temperature, the weld shall be cooled immediately. When extrusion welding operation is interrupted for some reasons, the extrusion amount of welding rod must be reduced slowly, and the welding shall not be interrupted suddenly. During the re construction, the welding shall be carried out after roughening at the interrupted place.
8. T-joint treatment. It is strictly forbidden to have "ten" joints in the connection of geotechnical materials. If it is the connection between multiple geotechnical materials, the "t" joint should be used. In the process of construction, the longitudinal joints between two adjacent geotechnical materials are mainly welded by hot wedge welding machine, and the construction points are as follows: the outer PE film and the lower PE film circular contact part should be kept clean and dry; the external PE film must cover the reserved parts of the adjacent three vertical and horizontal straight welds, and its size should be smaller than the diameter of the vacuum cover; the three air channels adjacent to the T-joint need to be heated Vacuum gun should be used for vacuum penetration test.

4. Quality inspection after construction. It is mainly sampling inspection. One sample is taken every 1000m2 for tensile strength test. The strength is required to be no less than 80% of the base metal, and the sample fracture shall not be at the joint, otherwise the joint quality is unqualified. The weld sample is taken from the site for tensile strength test. The qualified rate is 100% and the weld quality is qualified.
